Lost Meticais

This website uncovers the story of tax evasion in Mozambique, created in collaboration with SOMO (The Centre for Research on Multinational Corporations). They conducted in-depth research on how major energy companies have evaded taxes in Mozambique over the past decade. Using their data, we developed an interactive webpage aimed at locals in Mozambique, breaking down the complex issue of tax evasion into a simple and accessible format.

The project was a joint effort with a web developer, where we collaborated on the concept and narrative. My role focused on the illustrations and visual design, ensuring the story was engaging and easy to follow.
